My name is Gabriella, and I am a registered provisional psychologist dedicated to helping individuals navigate their unique challenges and discover paths toward growth and healing. Being trauma-informed is central to my practice, as I strive to create a safe, supportive space for individuals to explore and overcome the impacts of past experiences. I am passionate about empowering clients to gain insights into their patterns, build resilience, and achieve their personal goals. I deeply value BIPOC representation in the mental health field, grounding my work in advocacy, compassion, and a strong commitment to de-stigmatizing mental health care. Whether you are seeking support for specific concerns or personal development, I aim to provide an empathetic and collaborative environment where meaningful change can happen.

I also integrate mindfulness practices to help connect the mind and body, fostering greater self-awareness and grounding.
