Accessing therapy services with direct billing is simple!

1. Share Your Insurance Information: On Jane, fill out the direct billing form and provide your insurance policy details, including your policy number and member ID.

2. We Submit Your Claim: After each session, we’ll send your claim directly to your insurance provider.

3. Pay Any Remaining Balance: If your insurance doesn’t cover the full cost of therapy, you’ll only pay the remaining balance.

• Coverage Varies: Insurance coverage can differ between plans and provinces. We recommend confirming your therapy coverage directly with your provider.

• Co-Payments May Apply: If your plan includes a co-pay, you’ll be responsible for paying that portion during your session.

• Receipts Provided: If your plan doesn’t support direct billing, we’ll provide a detailed receipt for you to submit your claim manually.
