About My Approach

Primary areas of specializations include anxiety, ADHD, depression, life stressors, self-worth, body image, relationship stressors, financial stressors, eating disorders, and addictions. Working with children, individuals, couples, and families. Modalities I incorporate within therapy are emotion focused therapy (tapping), Mindfulness-Based, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy and Biopsychosocial (Mind-Body connection). The process of therapy can hold a lot of uncertainty, and I am here to support you every step of the way.
