Nowadays, technology has created many opportunities for getting the help we need in an online and accessible format! Specifically, in the healthcare field, practitioners can conduct a variety of services over the phone, through telehealth platforms, and videoconferencing. In this post, we will cover some of the common questions and tips surrounding online therapy and outline how it might be a good fit for you!

Are Online Counseling Services as Effective as In-Person?  

  • Online therapy is very similar to in-person therapy, with the setting being the only major difference. You will still be able to ask any questions, address concerns you have, and outline goals with your therapist. Research has shown that online therapy services have a positive and similar impact to in-person therapy.
